MINADAY When Mina and Dennis met for the first time in 2019 on the 18 year Anniversary Party from Get Physical at Watergate in Berlin, they didn’t know which plan the universe would lay out for them. Now, almost 2 years later, they’re not only a small family together with their 8 month old son David, but they formed a dj project together, called Minaday. As being a DJ for 2 years already, with gigs played from south america to berlin, Mina began to take lessons in music production from Dennis in 2020. That’s when both found out they share a very similar taste in sound elements and groove, thus they began developing their own distinctive sound. Repetitive Basslines, tribal influences and organic sounds on top of a driving house groove is their choice, focused 100% on an immersive experience on the dancefloor. Dennis has been in the music industry for more than 10 years, having produced tracks for the likes of M.A.N.D.Y., Sascha Braemer, Tapesh, Lexer and many more and regularly topped the Beatport charts with his own releases under his alias „Dayne S“. This background brought Minaday the opportunity to remix house-legend M.A.N.D.Y.’s modern classic „Gizmo“. Their debut remix release saw a great start, ranking in Beatport’s Organic House Chart at #19 and getting support from the likes of Damien Lazarus, Super Flu, Djuma Soundsystem, Elif, Thomas Gandey and more.

Originally from Paris, Karl is a Lisbon/London based composer/computer scientist with interests in electronic music, A. I. and Blockchain technologies. He started his music career with the Parisian rock band Tanger, collaborated with the Master Musicians of Jajouka, Choreographer Meg Stuart and festival line ups with the likes of David Bowie, Jeff Mills, Massive Attack and the Wu Tang. He is currently working on a PhD in A.I. , producing music for film/video and working with Arroz and Near Protocol.

AlBird vs dribla

AlBird is a Berlin-based DJ and electronic music producer. Over the last couple of years he gained reputation with releases and remixes on labels like Plus8, Set About, Panterre Musique, Frequenza, Kuukou, Ballroom Records, BluFin, Gain Records, Stickrecordings and many more. His sound varies from deep melodic & progressive vibes to the thriving Techno end of the spectrum. “dribla” is the new alias by Albert Gruber aka AlBird. “dribla” is AlBird with a twist. Through the years Albert started to dig deeper into the world of dark, raw and hypnotic Techno and especially with his new-found fascination for hybrid live sets in his weekly streams on Twitch he created “dribla”. First releases are on the way so stay tuned for more to come.
